The Nomination Committee of Lammhults Design Group proposes Joakim Laurén as new board member

Lammhults Design Group AB (publ) announces that board member Anna Stålenbring has declined re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 May 2026.

 

The Nomination Committee intends to propose Joakim Laurén for election as a new member of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the board will propose that Joakim Laurén be appointed Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee, a position currently held by the resigning board member.

 

Joakim Laurén has extensive experience in finance, auditing, risk management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and service on audit committees in listed and international companies. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Nasdaq-listed Mid Cap company Ependion AB (publ). His previous senior financial roles include positions at Alfa Laval, SCAN COIN Group, and the Trelleborg Group.

The Nomination Committee’s full proposal will be presented in the notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Lammhults Design Group. The Nomination Committee comprises the following members:
