During the period leading up to the publication of the quarterly and annual reports, the Group observes a so-called silent period. The silent period normally covers one month prior to the release of each report. During this time, no financial communication is conducted with the media, investors, analysts, or other external parties regarding the company’s results or financial position.

The purpose of the silent period is to ensure fair, accurate, and non-selective disclosure of information ahead of reporting. During this period, persons in managerial positions, as well as other relevant parties, refrain from trading in the company’s financial instruments.

Following the publication of a report, analysts, investors, and the media are welcome to access the materials and participate in presentations and meetings related to the Group’s financial results.
