Holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and an engineering degree, with extensive experience in finance, auditing, risk management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Also has significant experience serving on audit committees in listed and international companies. Currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ependion AB (publ). Previously held senior financial positions at, among others, Alfa Laval, SCAN COIN Group and the Trelleborg Group.
